Situated between the Newry Canal and Clanrye River, this extensive City Centre site has a pivotal location within the heart of Newry and on the Eastern Corridor connecting Belfast and Dublin. It is a designated Opportunity Site considered suitable for the development of a mix of land uses. The Council therefore seeks to encourage a flagship development, which will promote the economic and social well-being of Newry while making a positive contribution to the built environment and public realm of the City.
